librefdb-sru-perl software package provides RefDB-SRU module for perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librefdb-sru-perl
librefdb-sru-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librefdb-sru-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librefdb-sru-perl *
You will get with librefdb-sru-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
